Police Log: April 11-14

The latest from Somerville PD headquarters...

Sixteen arrests were made in Somerville this week (Apr.11-14). All information contained in this list was supplied by the Somerville Police Department. All persons charged with a crime are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

WARRANT FOR DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On Apr. 11, Stephen Remick, 51, of 410 Highland Ave., was arrested in Davis Square at 12:55 a.m. on warrant charges of disorderly conduct.

ASSAULT & BATTERY: On Apr. 11, Carolina Ortega-Vijil, 35, of 86 Wheatland St., was arrested on Broadway at 2:03 p.m. and charged with assault and battery.

WARRANT FOR OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE WITH A SUSPENDED LICENSE: On Apr.12, Larry Mynatt, 54, of 922 Broadway, was arrested at 85 Washington St. at 4:30 p.m. on warrant charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS: On Apr. 13, Francis Palazzi, 47, of 9 Taylor St., was arrested at 167 Broadway at 5:16 p.m. and charged with conspiracy to violate drug laws.

DRUG CHARGES: On Apr. 13, Tracy Dattilio, 32, of 103 Lowell St., North Reading, was arrested at 167 Broadway at 5:16 p.m. and charged with possession of a Class C drug and conspiracy to violate drug law. [NOTE: Class C drugs include prescription tranquilizers and narcotics including Valium, Librium and hydrocodone as well as hallucinogens including mescaline, psilocybin/mushrooms, peyote and STP.]

DRUG CHARGES: On Apr. 13, Tawan Dottin, 28, of 3 Wilson Ct., Cambridge, was arrested at 167 Broadway at 5:16 p.m. and charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, resisting arrest, four counts of assault and battery on a police officer, possession of a unspecified class of drug, also with intent to distribute, conspiracy to violate drug laws and violating drug laws near a school.

ASSAULT & BATTERY: On Apr. 13, Marie Coady, 61, of 4 Washington Ave., was arrested at home at 9:36 p.m. and charged with assault and battery.

LARCENY OF A MOTOR VEHICLE, OPERATING WITH A SUSPENDED LICENSE: On Apr.14, Ronald Wilkerson, 41, of 170 Mortin Street., Jamaica Plain, was arrested at 136 College Ave. at 6:51 a.m. and charged with larceny of a motor vehicle operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license as well as an additional count of larceny under $250.

ASSAULT TO MURDER: On Apr. 14, Hannah Diaz, 18, of an unknown home address was arrested on Mt. Vernon Street at 1:21 p.m. and charged with assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon and assault to murder.

ASSAULT TO MURDER: On Apr. 14, Anthony Azera 0f 971 Broadway, Everett, was arrested on Mt. Vernon Street at 1:21 p.m. and charged with assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon and assault to murder.

WARRANT FOR FAILURE TO REGISTER AS A SEX OFFENDER: On Apr. 14, Raymond Baker of an undisclosed address was arrested at 175 Fellsway at 2:11 p.m. on warrant charges for failure to register as a sex offender.

SHOPLIFTING: On Apr. 14, Majoun Brown, 19, of 72 Willowood St., Boston, was arrested at 13 McGrath Hwy. at 2:49 p.m. and charged with shoplifting.

ASSAULT & BATTERY: On Apr. 14, John Gogos, 47, of 81 Magoun Ave., Medford, was arrested at 110 Broadway at 4:44 p.m. and charged with assault and battery.

SEXUAL CONDUCT FOR FEE: On Apr. 14, Aishaan Depina, 20, of 46 Woodward Ave., Roxbury, was arrested at 23 Cummings St at 5:26 p.m. and charged with sexual conduct for a fee.
