Police Booking Log: Disturbance in Winter Hill, Carjacking and Prostitution

The following arrest information was supplied by the Somerville Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

Arrests made by the Somerville Police Department from June 11 to June 17. Please remember that the charges listed below do not indicate a conviction.

Assault and battery

On June 12, Manuel Hernandez-Roque, 48, of Chelsea, was arrested on Irvington Road and charged with assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct and furnishing a false name or social security number.

On June 14, Ryan Gallagher, 32, of 255 Broadway, was arrested at 257 Broadway and charged with disorderly conduct. He was also arrested on warrants for violating a municipal law and driving with a suspended license. Noberto Bairos, 25, of 259 Broadway, was also arrested at 257 Broadway and charged with assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. In connection to the same incident, Allison Casey, 23, of 259 Broadway, and Nicole Bairos, 28, of 40 Benton Rd., were arrested and charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. According to a police report, Noberto Bairos and Gallagher got into a fight, and when police arrived Bairos struggled with officers, twisting an officer's wrist. Nicole, Bairos' sister, allegedly interfered with the arrest, and Casey and Gallagher allegedly created a scene on the street, which the police report says escalated the disturbance.

On June 16, Willigen Sanchez, 20, of Malden, was arrested at 150 Glen St. and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon. He is accused of being involved in a gunpoint, possibly gang-related carjacking that took place near the Capuano School

On June 17, David Kakles, 42, of 5 Canal Lane., was arrested at that address and charged with assault and battery and destruction of property.

Larceny and theft

On June 12, James Mento, 32, of Lynn, was arrested at 174 Broadway and charged with breaking and entering, possession of burglarious instruments and possession of a dangerous weapon.

On June 17, Steeve Milice, 20, of 34 North St., was arrested on North Street and charged with larceny from a person.

Drug-related arrests

On June 13, Pauric Hourican, 20, Nicholas Murray, 20, Gregory Moulton, 21, and Glover Thomas, 20, all of Arlington, were arrested on Alewife Brook Parkway and charged with drug possession and conspiracy to violate drug law. In connection to the same incident, Dante Quinn, 24, of 1370 Broadway, was charged with drug distribution, conspiracy to violate drug law and drug violation near a school and park. The five men are accused of being involved in a drug deal for Percocet that took place in the parking lot of Johnnie's Foodmaster.

Sexual conduct for a fee

On June 14, Alejandra Marmolejo, 23, of California, was arrested at 30 Washington St. and charged with sexual conduct for a fee.

Driving without a license

On June 12, Gary Forestier, 47, of Burlington, was arrested on Elm Street and charged with driving with a suspended license.

Other arrests

On June 13, Christopher Hicks, 23, of Cambridge, was arrested at 299 Broadway and charged with having an open container.

On June 14, Francisco Quijada, 27, of Malden, was arrested on Broadway and charged with resisting arrest, license plate violation and unsafe operation of a motor vehicle.

On June 16, Joeber Donascimento, 33, of 202 Pearl St., was arrested at 11 Wheatland St. and charged with violating an abuse prevention order.

Warrant arrests

On June 11, Ellenmarie McCann, 25, of 167 Pearl St., was arrested at 249 Pearl St. on a warrant for assault and battery.

On June 14, Omar Muhammad, 19, of 14 Otis St., was arrested at that address on warrants for receiving stolen property, breaking and entering and malicious damage to a motor vehicle.

Is this the same Nicole Bairos who owns Buddy's Diner, or a different person with the same name?

I don't know. This account is based on a police report, and it doesn't include anything about Bairos' profession .

Buddy's has a "SEIZED" sign on it now - it wasn't there this morning. What is going on???

That kind of sign may mean that the business is delinquent in paying sales, meals, or other taxes.
