Police Arrest Alleged Davis Square Heroin Dealer
The 40-year-old woman was allegedly dealing heroin along Elm Street and surrounding areas, according to police reports.
Somerville police arrested a 40-year-old Malden woman who is accused of dealing heroin in the Davis Square area, according to police reports.
Police arrested Angela Pisani on May 26 at about 2 p.m. after detectives allegedly observed her conduct at least three drug transactions over the course of two days, the reports say.
Although Pisani's address is listed as being in Malden, according to a police report she spent a significant amount of time living with her boyfriend at 79 Dover St. in Somerville.
According to one report, on May 25 at about 3:35 p.m., investigators observed Pisani sitting on the steps of a church at the corner of Elm and Russell streets. The report says she met with a woman and the two of them walked down Tenney Street into Cambridge, where they allegedly conducted a drug transaction with a man.
In connection to that incident, Somerville police arrested James Dillard, 61, of Brockton, and charged him with drug possession and conspiracy to violate drug law. They also arrested Susan Jones, 45, of Cambridge and charged her with conspiracy to violate drug law and being present where heroin is kept.
The next day, on May 26, at about 2 p.m., detectives again observed Pisani on Elm Street in the Davis Square area, according to a different report.
The report says she got into a Kia Spectra at the corner of Elm and Grove streets and drove to the Porter Square shopping mall, where she allegedly conducted a transaction.
According to the report, she got back into the car and drove to the intersection of Elm and Russell streets, where she got out of the car, walked around in the neighborhood of Russell Street and Orchard Street, and then conducted another drug transaction at the intersection of Day and Orchard streets.
John Pifalo, 37, of Winthrop, was arrested in connection to that incident and charged with drug possession and conspiracy to violate drug law.
Police arrested Pisani after she exited 79 Dover St., according to the police report. She was charged with possession and distribution of a class A drug—heroin—and conspiracy to violate drug law.
