New Dog Park Opens Saturday
Doggie treat bags, pupcakes and a few refreshments for humans too await at the ribbon cutting for the Zero New Washington Dog Park on Saturday.
Citing Nunziato Dog Park (pictured here) as overrun, proponents argued the need for a West Somerville dog park.

Mayor Curtatone and Ward 1 Alderman William M. Roche invite all interested residents to the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony of the Zero New Washington Park and Off-Leash Recreation Area. The event will take place on Saturday, at 10 a.m. at the Intersection of Inner Belt Road and New Washington Street, one block behind the Holiday Inn on Washington Street.
