1) Where will you celebrate Saint Patrick's Day?
You have until 9 a.m. this morning to vote for Somerville's best Saint Paddy's Day venue. Vote here.

2) Books of Hope
Books of Hope is a Somerville-based program that turns young people into authors, and tonight there's a poetry reading at The Center for Arts at the Armory to benefit the program. It starts at 8 p.m.

3) Beaver: Frontline of the Culture Wars
The Boston Tease Party is bringing its performance of "Beaver" to the Somerville Theatre today and tomorrow. Performances begin at 8 p.m. Check out their website.

4) "Of Seeds and Sun": A meditative concert with Libana
According to the listing: "Celebrate the equinox and pray for eternal peace with world music group Libana. The group will sing rounds and chants in a candlelit studio with the hope of creating a meditative atmosphere for the audience." It begins at 8 p.m. at the Third Life Studio.

5) Weather
Showers today with a high in the upper 40s. The weekend will be nice, though.
