1) State Rep. debate
Candidates for state representative in the 26th Middlesex District debate tonight at SCATV in Somerville. The debate begins at 7 p.m.
2) Presidential debate forum at Tufts
In case you hadn't heard, there's another debate happening tonight, and Tufts University will be be holding a pre-debate forum featuring faculty experts. The forum begins at 6:30 p.m. at the Cohen Auditorium. It's open to the public.
3) Teen creative writing workshop
Ethan Gilsdorf, author of "Fantasy Freaks and Gaming Geeks: an Epic Quest for Reality Among Role Players, Online Gamers, and Other Dwellers of Imaginary Realms," hosts a free creative writing workshop for teens. It's at 6 p.m. in the Tea Room of the Central Library.
