1) Free trip to Boston Harbor Islands
You can take a free trip to the Boston Harbor Islands today as part of the Highland Street Foundation's Free Fun Fridays program. You'll get a free ticket on the Harbor Islands Express Ferry to Georges Island or Spectacle Island. Tickets are distributed on a first come, first serve basis, and last year they were all distributed by 10:30 a.m.
2) Free USS Constitution Museum
Also as part of the program, you can get into the USS Constitution Museum for free.
3) Oil paintings by Kathryn Geismar
Check out the paintings at the SCATV Gallery, and watch an interview with the artist at www.access-scat.org and clicking "gallery."
4) Wine tasting
Ball Square Fine Wine & Liquors' Friday wine and beer tastings always draw a crowd. Check it out starting at 4:30 p.m.
