Five Things: Eating Disorder Networking Event in Cambridge

Some things happening in and around Somerville today.

 

1) Historic Preservation Commission meeting
The Somerville Historic Preservation Commission meets tonight at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall.

2) Eating Disorder networking event
The Cambridge Eating Disorder Center is holding a New Year's networking night at 6 p.m. It's at 3 Bow St., Cambridge, and refreshments and a light meal will be served.

3) Medford Winter Farmers Market
The Medford Winter Farmers Market takes place every Thursday in January and February at the Hyatt Place, 116 Riverside Ave. in Medford Square. If you use your EBT card, you can receive up to $20 in matching "market bucks." Spend $20 on your EBT card and you can buy $40 worth of food. It's at 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

4) Somerville Open Studios registration
You have until the end of January to register for Somerville Open Studios, which takes place in May.

5) Weather
Today will become increasingly cloudy, with highs around 24.
