Magic Store Owner Charged with $560k in Credit Card Fraud Gets Sentencing Rescheduled
Harry Levy, the owner of Hank Lee's Magic Factory, pleaded guilty to charges of credit card fraud and making false statements in March. Levy made $561,927 in unauthorized charges to one customer's credit card over a two year period, then misled investigators as they looked into the charges in 2011, according to signed court documents. Sentencing in the case was originally slated for July 20, but it was rescheduled earlier this week to Sept. 6 by U.S. District Court Judge Patti Saris, according to court filings. — Jarret Bencks

Man Wakes Up to Ex-Girlfriend Having Beer in His Kitchen
On Tuesday, June 26, around 6:20 a.m.,officers responded to an Auburn Street condo for a report of breaking and entering. The victim told officers that he woke to the sound of someone making a drink in his kitchen. When he investigated, he found his ex-girlfriend, who he had recently broken up with, drinking a beer. As a result of the incident, officers arrested Megan O’Brien of 11 Lake Road Terrace in Wayland. — Matt Casey

Alleged After-Hours Confrontation at Robbins Farm Park
Police received a call at about 3:10 a.m. June 30 from a male who said that another driver had just “displayed a bat in a threatening manner” near the intersection of Highland and Eastern avenues. The male said 10 minutes prior to this incident, he and his friends were hanging out at Robbins Farm Park when they came across the suspects. He said the suspects were hanging out near the slides, and as he and his friends were walking up toward the benches at the top of the park, one of the suspects threw a glass bottle at them. Later, the suspects were waiting for them and followed them to their car. One of the suspects said, “Hey, let’s see if these rich Arlington kids have any iPhones,” according to the male. — John Waller

Tom Brady and Gisele Sell Back Bay Condo for $9.2 Million
Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and his supermodel wife Gisele Bundchen have sold their Beacon Street penthouse - for $9.2 million - and will no longer be able to call themselves Back Bay residents. — Cate Lecuyer

Brookline

Bank Robbed Saturday in Brookline's Coolidge Corner
The Eastern Bank at 301 Harvard St. in Coolidge Corner in Brookline was robbed Saturday, June 30, just before 11:30 a.m., according to Brookline Police. A man is alleged to have passed a note to a bank teller implying he had a gun, and then fled on foot with an unknown amount of money, police said. — Grahame Turner
