A 19-year-old Florida woman arrested and charged with offering sexual conduct for a fee told an undercover investigator she doesn't allow kissing, anal sex or nipple tweaking, according to a Somerville Police Department incident report.

Kate Krzeminska, from Orlando, Fla., was arrested on March 15 at about 5:26 p.m. at 23 Cummings St., which is the address of La Quinta Inn & Suites in Assembly Square.

According to the report, the Somerville Police Department drug control and vice unit, as part of an ongoing investigation into the illegal sex trade, discovered an Internet post advertising sexual services.

Investigators called the advertised number and spoke to Krzeminska, who quoted $200 for a half hour of sexual services and $250 for an hour, the report says.

An undercover investigator met Krzeminska in a hotel room and paid $200, the report says.

According to the report, "Kate stated that she had rules that the officer had to obey. No kissing, no anal sex, no tweaking her nipples because of recent piercing … and condoms were mandatory."

She then told the officer to disrobe and placed a Trojan Magnum condom on the night stand, according to the report.

The officer then called in the arrest team, which entered the room and placed Krzeminska under arrest, the report says.
