16 People Who Will Influence Powder House School Redevelopment

A technical advisory committee includes elected officials, residents, city staffers and a Teele Square business owner.

The school closed in 2004, and the city issued a request for proposals on Dec. 26, 2012, seeking development pitches for the 1.85-acre plot of land.
