Congratulations to the SPS ART Department ! Somerville students received 27 awards from the “Boston Globe Scholastic Art Awards 2011”!  

Somerville Public Schools Art Department competed with  12,000 entries from over 6,000 students (Grades 7-12) throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

The Gold Key and Silver Key winners will be on display at the Transportation Building in Boston from Monday, February 14 through Thursday, April 7, 2011. Business hours only: Mon-Fri 9:00-5:00.

Honorable Mention Awards will be on display in Somerville (dates & location: TBD)
